As for the park itself, I was quite impressed. Great America Ballpark is a terrific venue to watch a game; I highly recommend it. The bratwurst were surprisingly good, the sight lines are amazing from anywhere in the park. My one complaint is that the big scoreboard is not visible from the left field stands, and probably also from the rear rows of some of the 3rd base side as well. Most of the information that appears on that right-field board is not duplicated anywhere else, so this is something the Reds may wish to give future attention.
After the game, we continued on for 1½ hours to Louisville, Kentucky. We're staying at a KOA campground there (actually just across the river off exit 1 of I-65 in Indiana), probably checking out the Louisville Slugger tour before eventually continuing on to St. Louis. Anyway, I need some sleep.
